Details: Tuesday/Thursday workouts at Wilson Park
Tuesdays: we run about 6 - 8 miles with a few hills at an aerobic pace. We typically go out to eat after this workout at restaurants in Carrboro.
Thursdays: Every other week on Thursday we do a tempo, that is, warm up together then a common course at your own tempo pace (currently 4mi). We then regroup and run a bit more at an easy pace. Its a a bit like a time trial to check your progress. In between weeks we might do a fartlek or hill repeats or timed intervals.
